About the Program
Mana Up is building the next generation of Hawaiʻi’s entrepreneurs — and we’re looking for a small, sharp team of interns who are ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. This isn’t a coffee-fetching internship. You’ll be in the room helping solve real problems across our ecosystem — from cohort programming and retail marketing to financial research and event strategy.
Who We’re Looking For
We want curious, creative, and entrepreneurial go-getters who take initiative, love solving problems, and plan to build their careers here in Hawaiʻi. If you thrive in fast-paced, startup-style environments and want genuine experience that builds both your skill set and your network, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Tackle real projects across marketing, finance, programming, and retail.
- Collaborate as part of a small, tight-knit “dream team” of interns.
- Attend weekly in-person events and brainstorm sessions.
- Gain hands-on exposure to Hawaiʻi’s fastest-growing companies and founders.
- Learn directly from Mana Up’s leadership team and guest mentors.
