KōHana Rum has repurposed its distillery capacities to manufacture and deliver over 1000 gallons of FDA-approved hand sanitizer to health care workers, first responders, the elderly, homeless, and workers performing essential services. Maui Nui Venison is also stepping up to provide for the state of Hawai’i.With the help of volunteer hunters, Maui Nui Venison has already donated 10,000 pounds of venison to the Maui Food Bank and other community groups, as well as launched their very own home delivery program -Holo’ai - to serve your shelter-in-place needs. Big Island Coffee Roasters is getting creative - by virtually giving back!
1) Big Island Coffee Roasters is hiring baristas who have been affected by COVID-19 as "virtual baristas" - baristas who will create videos of themselves doing what they do best to share with the online community (e.g., "How to Aeropress"). Interested? Learn more here!
